I just want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to West Valley for truly saving the day and going above and beyond for me during a very stressful moment.
Last weekend was my baby shower, and just an hour before the event was set to begin, my fiancé reminded me to call and confirm the catering order we had placed with another company and to my shock, when I called, they had no record of our order being scheduled for that day — due to a mix-up and some classic "mom-to-be baby brain," it had been booked for a different date. I was in full panic, especially with nearly 80 guests on the way.
In desperation, I called West Valley and spoke the owner, Jeff. I explained the whole situation, and without hesitation, he told me, "we can make it work." I can't even begin to describe the wave of relief i felt in that moment. Within the hour, yes, within just one hour, Jeff and his incredible team pulled together a full spread to feed our entire guest list.
Not only was the food ready in record time, but it was also absolutely delicious. My whole family raved about it. The quality, flavor, and professionalism were all top-tier. Jeff, you were a lifesaver and you turned a near disaster into one of the most special and memorable days of my life.

All pre-set buffets are priced for a minimum of 25 people.
All menu items may be picked up for no charge.
A service charge of $50.00 will be applied for delivery, set up and pickup of the catering equipment up to 5 miles
All menu items will have an additional 7% sales tax + 1% food and beverage tax added to the bill.
3.5% surcharge will be added for credit card payments.
Standard Chafers & Gourmet Serviceware is included in set Buffets #1-8.

Chafing Units with water pans, covers, serving utensils and fuel are available for rent.
Gourmet Roll Top Chafers $15 each
Standard Chafers $8 each
Gourmet Serviceware is available for $2.50 per person
A 50% deposit is required for all catering orders.
